When does registration for the homes open?
The start of registration has not yet been announced. Sign up as an interested buyer and we'll keep you informed of every development.
Can I already register my interest?
Yes, you can sign up now via the project website. That way you'll be the first to hear about the homes, sales information and key dates.
Can I already prepare for registration?
Yes. It's a good idea to get a clear picture of your financial options in advance, for example by speaking with a mortgage adviser.
Is it known when sales will start?
The exact sales date has not yet been set. As soon as we know more, we'll inform everyone who has registered their interest.
When does construction start?
Mid-2027.
When will the apartments be completed?
An expected completion date is not yet known. The estimated construction time is 1.5 years. The exact schedule will be published once the sales and construction preparations are further along.
How are the homes allocated?
The allocation procedure will be announced before registration opens. This information will be published on the project website.
Are the sales prices already known?
A starting price is now known for each home type; you will find it with the home types in the housing offer. These are indicative prices including costs (v.o.n.). The final price per unit will be set at the start of sales.
Which home types will the project include?
The project consists of apartments ranging from roughly 50 to 80 m². More information about the different types, floor plans and layouts will follow at a later stage.
