Everyone looks at living differently. That's why we'd love to hear what matters to you. Share your housing wishes easily via your personal account. Think of your preferred building, home type, floor area, price range or other preferences. It helps us get to know MORE's future residents better, and it means you're fully prepared for the next steps towards the first sales phase.
Register for the pre-sale
Be first in line
During the pre-sale, roughly a month before the start of sales, we publish more and more information about the project. Think of the home finder with floor plans, price ranges and the details of each unit number. That way you can prepare well and decide which apartments best match your housing wishes. By taking part in the pre-sale you get priority in the allocation of the homes later in the process.

Choose your favourites
Once sales begin, all sales documents become available. Through your personal account you can submit your preferences for unit numbers. You can select several homes and rank them in order of preference.

A careful selection
After the registration period closes, all homes are carefully allocated. We aim to match as many candidates as possible with a home that suits their preferences. Once the allocation is complete, you'll hear personally from the estate agent.
Meet the estate agent
Let's meet
Have you been allocated a home? Then one of the sales agents will contact you for a personal meeting. Together you'll go through the home and the contract documents, with plenty of room for all your questions.
Sign the purchase and construction agreement
You're one step closer
Decided to buy? Then you sign the purchase agreement and the construction agreement. From that moment your home is reserved and you are officially the buyer, subject to the conditions set out in the agreements.
Arrange your financing
Arrange your mortgage
After signing the agreements, you have time to finalise the financing of your home — applying for a mortgage and completing any remaining financial conditions. The sales agent and your mortgage adviser will be happy to guide you through this stage.
To the notary
Official ownership
Once all conditions have been met, you sign the deed of transfer at the notary. From that moment you officially own the land, and a new phase begins on the way to the construction of your apartment.

Watch your future come to life
During construction we keep you regularly informed of the progress. You'll receive updates on key milestones, viewing moments and practical information in the run-up to completion. Step by step, you'll watch your new home become reality.
Handover
Welcome home
The best moment of all: the handover of your new apartment. Together with the contractor you inspect the home and receive your keys. From that moment a new chapter begins, and you can truly make your place in MORE your own.
